Armed with our extensive experience of working with heritage-protected properties, Rendine Constructions has kicked off a project to internally refurbish four of the 150-year-old buildings that house Sunbury Primary School, on behalf of the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) schoolbuildings.vic.gov.au

Having completed the demolition phase with utmost care, we’ve begun the job of refitting modern interiors to the grand old bluestone buildings, some of which date back as early as 1864. This includes replacing dilapidated floor and sub-floor structures, restoration of metal dado panelling, sewer and stormwater infrastructure upgrades, upgrading heating and ventilation systems, and a smart new refurbishment designed by architect cotterreid.com.au to achieve modern education standards.

We can’t wait to see the students’ and teachers’ faces later this year when we hand over their ‘new’ facilities!
