Avondale Primary School

Client: Victorian School Building Authority

This project comprised of: Demolition of existing school wing and remediation 

of the site, 2 Learning Centres totalling 12 general classrooms, food preparation, art and science classrooms,

staff offices and student amenities.

Administration Building incorporating the library, main office, meeting rooms, principal and business 

managers offices, staff room and amenities.fire services, sewer, stormwater, power, data and 

PA services, landscaping (hard and soft) and external decking.

All this was built using modular construction methods significantly reducing disruptions to the 'live school' campus.
