Geelong Grammar - Clyde Boarding House South

With an extremely tight program of just nine months, Rendine demolished the existing boarding house,

completed early works and rebuilt the Clyde Boarding House South. 

The project consisted of double storey boarding house for forty staff and students, with single 

storey wings containing kitchen and dining, several amenities and 

common areas, laundry, storage, sick bay, IT and communications room. 

A large landscaping package, new tennis court and minor maintenance and refurbishment 

works to the adjacent Clyde Boarding House North.
