A highly skilled Project Manager, with a strong construction background, Pat

oversees delivery of project objectives within scope and budget, ensuring contractual obligations are met; providing project progression reports against the project plan; provide budget and financial reports; build and maintain subcontractor, supplier and client relationships, ensuring project objectives are understood and achieved.

Pat’s abilities include to reading and interpreting drawings and specifications;

providing pertinent project details to relevant parties for accurate costing

and construction outcomes; resolving buildability issues; reviewing quotes

and delivering a profitable project. 

 

Pat enjoys the different challenges that come along with each individual build. He has great experience in working with BIM technology to identify and resolve issues early. A good example of this was the integration of the glulam timber structure with structural steel and other building elements at Lisieux Catholic Primary School, this allowed the entire timber structure to be made off site

with CNC machines, then seamlessly installed on site. This had huge benefits to our program along with a nice finish with clean lines at all connections.

 

Pat works hard for his clients and gives them confidence the building process is handled professionally. Pat aspires that everyone that involved in his projects has a positive experience and goes home safely.
